This was not a solicited review – and is completely my own experience of Claudia Nelson.
Claudia helped us find our home in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge after we had rented for a year as a relocated military family. The market was very fast moving, and Claudia wasted no time in showing me every house possible in a wide area of PWC! She worked on my time schedule with having two small boys attached at the hip, and tirelessly looked and scheduled showings for me. She had no hesitation in taking us back to houses when my husband was available – as many times as needed till we found the house we desired to put an offer on. We love our house and adore our neighborhood, and it has been a fantastic place to raise children. I am thankful to Claudia for her endless advising and advocating for us! Claudia has remained in touch over the years and has always made an effort to check in periodically on my boys as they have grown up. Claudia also helped when it unexpectedly came time to sell my mother’s property. She put us in touch with someone to help update the house, and helped us navigate all aspects -from helping me pick out new fixtures, to working with my mom’s HOA, listing the house, and finally closing. I would absolutely recommend Claudia for all aspects of buying or selling a house, and I will use her in the future whenever I need a realtor!!
