But I have heard from buyers that no longer want to come to the area and others that have to come back to the area due to the back to work mandate.

📈 12-Month Change in Inventory: +78.95% (More Homes Entering Market)
⏳ Median Days on Market: 31 (Homes Selling Fast)
💰 Sold-to-List Price Ratio: 100.5% (Homes Selling Above Asking)
🏷 Median Sold Price: $699,000

Despite an increase in available inventory, Fairfax County remains a competitive market. With homes selling quickly and above asking price, sellers are in a strong position. Buyers should be prepared to move fast and make competitive offers.

Prince William County: Strong Demand Continues
