I was asked to do a video and or blog post about Being a Successful Realtor®. So I wanted to share what it takes to being successful in today’s business environment. Here is my take, success does not come over night. Being successful does not come overnight. Any successful business owner puts in long hours and a lot of hard work. Some might make it look easy but, trust me they did not start that way. Building up a business from the beginning takes serious commitment but most importantly it takes passion. Business owners that are passionate about what they are doing they will be successful. I personally enjoy helping my clients. Being part of the time when they are buying or selling, its a huge honor for me to assist them during that special time in their life. Also being passionate about what you are doing it will come across to your clients, they will see that you are truly enjoying what you are doing and enjoying to assist them.

Do what you are preaching, be a role model, lead by example. Being a Real Estate Agent, I talk to people all the time about Real Estate, buying and selling and of course investing. If I would just preach it but not own my own home, be a real estate investor a landlord, I just don’t think my clients would take me as serious. I know what I am talking about. I have gone through it, for myself and I have helped countless clients going through the Real Estate process, buying, selling or investing. I am qualified to talk to my clients about it. Yes, every Real Estate Agent gets training, but there is something to be said that makes successful agents stand out from the crowed. We do what we preach!
