Meet My Hairy Office Mate – Oskar my Fat Cat
To start out the new year I cleaned out my office and made it so that I can record lots and lots of videos. I love using my office now that its nicely cleaned up and arranged so that it will help me have a productive and successful 2019. I can truly work anywhere. Most of the time I am out and about meeting Home Buyers and Home Sellers in and around Woodbridge VA.
When I work from home I have my furry friends with me. They are my buddies and office mates. The cats get their cat tree in my office and the dog always has a pillow there so he can join us, whenever I work from my office. Now, my fat cat Oskar, love to chill on my chair. Frustrating! As I have to keep lint rollers close by. Oskar has his own chair, but normally I do have to fight for my chair. You can see how he does not care much about me wanting to get him off my chair!

Buying or Renting a home if you have pets?
If you are a pet parent you should always have your pets best interest in mind but of course also thinking for your financial well being. When you have pets its much easier when you own a home, versus renting. One of my former clients owns 3 dogs and a pet pig. Just imagine a landlord accepting a pet pig and if he or she would accept a pig the pet fee or pet security deposit would be outrageous.
